  14. Nutschell – I have a new blog about talk radio at devoted to radio hosts and guests.

The release about the launch is below.

Since authors love to go on radio to promote their books and hosts love authors because they view them as experts on their topics, our blogs fall under the same umbrella. (To quote marketing guru Dan Poynter, “Many people love to go on radio and television. In fact, I think some people write books just to get on the air”).

How about swapping posts? I can interview my fantasy novelists and you can write on your experience on talk radio.

I will add your site to my blogroll and give you a credit line. Hope you will do the same.

    Best, Fran

P.S. I have put the information about your blog in the February 5 issue of my ezine, Book Promotion Newsletter.

New Blog Devoted to Talk Radio Hosts and Guests

PRLog (Press Release) – Dec. 16, 2013 – NEW YORK — Most blogs about talk radio focus on terrestrial radio or changes in broadcasting and personnel. “Talk Radio Advocate” Francine Silverman has started a blog about radio hosts and guests, with posts such as what makes a good interview, who goes on radio, promoting your radio interview, and guests from hell.

Each month she features a station from either her book, Talk Radio Wants You, or from one or more of her 16 ebooks of talk radio shows. Thus far, she has featured KFNN in Scottsdale, Arizona and Toginet Radio. Each highlighted show includes the shows in her books, along with their websites.

The mission of the blog is to highlight Internet and on-air hosts who welcome guests, and their guests, and to provide information on talk radio.

Hello! I am inquiring (after having seen the Ask me anything movie, realizing I felt less safe to be a female blogger, but knowing what I do is completely necessary for my brainparts to function) about a possible hump day blog feature. Mine is not so ordinary, I don’t change my name or details of my life, but I’d love for you to check it out, and thank you for this place. I will let my words speak for themselves, and eagerly await your response.
